2016 has been declared year of Aristotle, by UNESCO, on the completion of 2400 years since his birth.
A world congress will take place between 23rd and 28the of May, 2016, in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. General Assembly of UNESCO, declared 2016 as “year of Aristotle”, following a proposal put forward by the National Committee of Greece.
Many prominent personalities, both from science and philosophy are expected to attend the works of the congress!
