Ambassador, Traian Chebeleu, Secretary-General Deputy Permanent International Secretariat of BSEC and the Romanian ambassador to Athens, Lucian Fatu, attended the opening of the International Scientific Conference “Energy and Climate Change” organized by the Center for Energy Policy and Development (KEPA) under the auspices of the National University of Athens.
