Ambassador Robert Peck and Maria Pantazi-Peck visited Mrs. Efthalia Constantinides at her Athens home on October 6 to present her with a special award honouring both Greeks and Canadians who have contributed to Greece-Canada relations. A ceremony for recipients took place last June at the new Canadian Embassy.
Mrs. Constantinides and her late husband, Kostas, were important benefactors of the then Canadian Archaeological Institute in Athens, now the Canadian Institute in Greece.
