Hellas Media Ltd provides to the visitors/users of the site named Thediplomat.gr a wealthy services collection, pages, choices or/and sources including various communication tools, e-commerce, electronic spaces of mass access and users’ communication, services/pages of personal character and content. In the pages of TheDiplomat.gr are included forms of advertising. - Upload, post, email, transmit or use another method to install software or content of any kind (text, image, audio, video, animation) that infringes any intellectual property rights of any person (including trade secrets).
- Upload, post, email, transmit or use another method to install unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or other promotional content, sending unwanted and unbidden from the customer e-mails (e-mails) and any other form of unwanted content .
- Upload, post, email, transmit or use another method for installing and / or promote and / or make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or computer or telecommunications equipment.
- Any obstruction of the services or disruption of the services or servers or networks connected with the services of TheDiplomat.gr, or disobeying the conditions, procedures and rules of use of such networks.
- Violation, with or without intention, any local, national, European or international legislation and/or any regulations having the force of law and respect and / or cover any service TheDiplomat.gr.
- Harassment in any way of privacy and individual and social rights of other users/members (such as collecting and / or storing personal data of other users/members).

DAMAGE COMPENSATION

START – STOP OF SERVICES FUNCTION
TheDiplomat.gr reserves the right to modify and/or discontinue temporarily or permanently some or all of its services with or without notice to users/ members.
CAUTION: The member’s account automatically deleted after six months of non-use of any service. After deleting released the “User name to TheDiplomat.gr (User ID)” thus can be bound by any new member.
DURATION
The user/member understands and accepts that TheDiplomat.gr reserves the exclusive right to discontinue the use of / passwords to the services and /or discontinue the availability of content to users / members believed to have violated the letter and the spirit of these terms of use.
ADVERTISING
The TheDiplomat.gr has no responsibility for the communication of the user/member with third party service providers advertised on TheDiplomat.gr for any commercial transaction that may arise from the relationship between them.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS – TRADEMARKS
Except for the specified exceptions (copyright of third, parties and affiliates), all content of TheDiplomat.gr, including images, graphics, photographs, texts, services and all the files on this site are copyright, trademarks and service marks of the site TheDiplomat.gr and protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international treaties. TheDiplomat.gr reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice, the content storage limits provided through the services of the users / members.
